Contact with your flatmates:
Even though we notify them of each new move-in, contact them to introduce yourself.
Schedule your check-in inventory:
To access your accommodation, you must have an appointment with our check-in partner Expertym.
Either you've already booked this slot with our sales team or Expertym will contact you a few days before your arrival to set up an appointment.
Make sure this appointment is scheduled and that you can attend it. In case of unexpected issues, contact them as soon as possible to plan ahead. Availability is sometimes limited during certain periods - especially in summer. In case of no-show, unsuccessful travel fees will be charged.
Please note that a supplement may apply for slots on weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
Schedule an appointment between 9am and 6pm on weekdays for everyone's convenience.
If you have not established contact with them a few days before your arrival, contact Colonies through your tenant space.
This provider must conduct the check-in inventory of your room with you and give you the keys.

🔑 Where are your keys?
In all our flatshares, keys are mechanical:
Your keys are in the apartment and will be given to you by the Expertym agent who will conduct your check-in inventory with their own set of keys at your agreed time slot (see above).

The first rent is due on your arrival day. Don't worry if you haven't received your first month's rent invoice yet, it will be issued on the effective date of your lease.
Your first month's rent will be prorated if you contractual lease start date is not the first day of the month and this is regardless of your arrival date.
You'll find the payment bank details on your tenant space. It is unique to each tenant, don't share it and don't try to use another tenant's.
