🔍 Why is it important?

The check-in inventory is a mandatory legal document that:

  • Protects your interests

  • Documents the condition of your accommodation

  • Will serve as reference for your departure

  • Avoids future disputes

Without validation from you within 48 hours after moving in, you will be deemed to have received the room in very good general condition.

📱 How to access it?

  1. Log in to your tenant space

  2. On the "Overview" homepage

  3. Click on the task "Complete my inventory"

  4. Follow the indicated steps

📸 Step by step completion

  • Before starting:

    • Allow about 40 minutes

    • Have your phone charged

    • Have a good internet connection - Connect to WiFi or ensure you have 4G network

  • For each room/space requested:

    • Take clear and well-lit photos

    • Document each requested element

    • Note defects (stains, scratches, breakage...)

    • Test all equipment when possible

  • Validate and sign:

    • Go through the entire process making sure to validate and then sign your document. Colonies will sign in turn.

📝 How to document

  • Photos to take:

    • Overview of each room

    • Close-ups of details and particularly of defects

    • Provided equipment

  • Description:

    • Be precise and objective

    • Use clear descriptive terms

    • Don't hesitate to add comments for more precision

    • Indicate exact location of problems

✅ Final validation

  • Before validating:

    • Review your photos

    • Reread your comments

    • Make sure you haven't forgotten anything

    • Keep the photos

    • Sign your document once the PDF is generated. Otherwise, you will be reminded.

🆘 In case of problem

  • If you notice:

    • A major problem

    • A significant cleanliness issue

    • A significant malfunction
