If you leave your accommodation with unpaid debts, here’s what happens:

Before your departure, we review your entire file to ensure all amounts due (rent, charges, damages, etc.) have been settled. If any debts remain, they will be detailed in your final account statement.

If you owe money, you will be immediately informed of the remaining amount and the steps to follow to settle the situation. You must pay the full amount due before moving out.

If debts are present, the corresponding amount will be deducted directly from your security deposit. If the debt exceeds the deposit amount, we will contact you to settle the outstanding balance and initiate the appropriate legal procedures — see the article "What happens if I don’t pay my rent on time?"
