Review your bank statements to verify if the amount has been debited twice.
💬 Contact our team
If you confirm that a double payment has occurred, contact our team via your tenant portal, providing payment details (date, amount, payment method, IBAN used). We will proceed with verification.
💸 Refund
If the error is confirmed, two options are available to you:
We keep the amount for the payment of the following month. This solution is preferable as it is quicker and easier to implement.
We will refund the overpaid amount as soon as possible. However, this may still take several days to process, and you will need to provide us with your bank account details (IBAN).
