🔑 Check your tenant portal
The easiest way to confirm that your payment has been validated is to check your tenant space. You should receive a confirmation within 4 to 6 days, and your rent receipt will be available. It will be marked as "Paid" / "Payé," so you can be sure everything is in order.
💳 Check your bank statements
If you paid your rent by bank transfer or another payment method, you can also consult your bank statements to confirm that the amount has been deducted from your account.
🔔 Notifications and reminders
If everything is in order, you won't receive any notification or reminder about an unpaid balance.
⚠️ If you made a payment slightly late, you might still receive an automatic reminder due to processing times with banking intermediaries.
Wait a few days to see if your rent receipt appears on your tenant portal.
