If you’ve received a reminder despite having already paid your rent, here's how to resolve the situation:

The first step is to check your tenant space to confirm that your payment has been processed. You should see your rent receipt within 5 to 7 days after your payment. If that’s the case, everything is in order and we thank you for ignoring the reminders.

Also, make sure that you’ve paid the full amount of your rent – if there’s an error with the amount, we will consider it as unpaid, which triggers reminders.

There may be a delay in payment processing by the banks. If your payment was made slightly late, the system may have automatically triggered a reminder before the payment was received by our services.
