I don't understand my invoice

🔍 Information mentioned

Every month, you receive a detailed invoice in your tenant area, accessible in the “My payments” tab, “Invoices” section. It contains :

  • The period concerned

  • Possible payment methods

  • Rent amount

  • Amount of service charges

  • Total rent payable

  • Any rent reduction

  • VAT if applicable

📅 Contract start/end date

If this is your first or last invoice, it may be prorated (calculated based on the start or end date of the lease/contract). This explains why the amount may be different from the usual rent.
