Unfortunately, it is not possible to change your direct debit date. The direct debit date is automatically set when you set up your direct debit.

However, here is some useful information to help you manage your payment:

Rent is due on the 1st of each month. Direct debit is therefore due on this date (maximum on the 3rd of the month). There are processing times of up to 6 days, which is why it may take some time to update in your tenant area.

Make sure your account is fully funded before the direct debit date to avoid any payment incidents.

If the direct debit date is not convenient for you, you have the option of paying your rent manually via bank transfer each month.
