Can I change my payment method after booking?

Yes, you can change your payment method at any time! Here are the steps to follow:

🏠 Access your tenant area

Log in to your tenant space to access your payment information.

✍ Change your payment method

In the “My payments” tab, you'll have the option of updating your payment information, either by making a bank transfer or activating direct debit.

✅ Change confirmation

Once you've made the change, you'll receive confirmation. Be sure to check that the new method has been registered.

❗Please note

If you activate SEPA direct debit, this will apply from the following month's payment but to do so, you must have activated it more than one week before the 1st of the following month.. So you need to have all these rents up to date or pay your current month's rent by bank transfer.
