If your payment is not made by the due date (the 5th of the month), you will receive a first reminder to inform you of the unpaid amount. This reminder is usually sent on the 5th day of the month.

If payment is still not made after the first reminder, further reminders will follow, with potential late fees if the situation persists.

Late fees may apply where applicable. These charges are indicated in your contract.

If the situation is not resolved and persists, Colonies will initiate legal collection proceedings to recover the amounts owed, incurring additional costs at your expense. This procedure triggers the intervention of a bailiff until the resolutory clause of the lease is activated.
