How can I pay my rent?

Rent payment is simple and secure. Here are your options:

🏩 Bank Transfer

You have a personal IBAN to make your payments. It’s available directly in your tenant space, under the “My Payments” tab. Important: This will only appear when your first invoice is issued, on the start date of your lease, it is impossible to obtain it beforehand.

This account is strictly personal — do not share it! If you transfer funds to any other IBAN, your payment may be lost.

To pay your rent and get your security deposit back, you must have a bank account in the SEPA zone. Many Colonies tenants open a bank account with our partner Revolut to easily pay their rent and simplify their purchases during their stay in France or Belgium.

You can also transfer money from WISE by clicking on the following partnership link

🔁 Direct Debit

For peace of mind, you can activate direct debit from your tenant space. This helps avoid missed or late payments. Just make sure your account is sufficiently funded.

📅 Due Date

Rent is due on the 1st of each month. You have until the 5th before we send the first reminders for late payments. Your first invoice will be issued on the start date of your lease, and then monthly around the same date.

📧 Monthly Invoice

Each month, you'll receive an invoice directly in your tenant space, showing the amount due and useful details.
