📋 How to give your notice

  • Through your tenant space:

    • Log in to your space

    • Go to the "Overview" section

    • Click on "End my stay"

    • Complete the steps indicated until validation

  • Information to provide:

    • Desired lease end date

    • Desired departure date - You can modify this date later. If you don't know it yet, enter the same date as the lease end date.

    • Reason for departure

    • New address

    • Bank details for security deposit refund

  • After notice validation:

    • You will receive an email confirmation

    • The contract end date will be confirmed and you won't be able to modify it anymore

💰 Financial aspects

  • Last rent:

    • The last rent will be prorated according to the number of days. If you have paid too much, you will be refunded the difference when your security deposit is processed.
