Click on "End my stay"
Complete the steps indicated until validation
Information to provide:
Desired lease end date
Desired departure date - You can modify this date later. If you don't know it yet, enter the same date as the lease end date.
Reason for departure
New address
Bank details for security deposit refund

You will receive an email confirmation
The contract end date will be confirmed and you won't be able to modify it anymore

Last rent:
Your final rent payment will be prorated based on the duration of your contract. Rent remains due until the end date of your contract, even if you move out earlier.
If you have paid too much, you will be refunded the difference when your security deposit is processed.
