🇪🇸 🏢 Welcome to your future Coliving residence 🏢 🇪🇸
💻 The starting point: Your tenant space
The very first thing to do is to log in to your tenant portal using the email you provided when making your reservation. This will be your main source of information, where you will find:
Essential documents: Your contract and many useful documents (CAF certificate, proof of residence, etc.)
Information on your payments and invoices
Practical instructions and useful information
Information about your housemates in your Home
The Help Center to answer your questions and allow you to contact us if needed
Take the time to explore it—this information is key to your move-in and stay!
📋 Preparing for your arrival
To make sure your move-in goes smoothly, here is the list of essential items:
Required documents: Contract signed electronically
Security deposit and administrative fees paid (if applicable)
Home insurance certificate
Contact your housemates: Although we inform everyone about new arrivals, please reach out to introduce yourself.
📝 Inventory checklist
For greater comfort and simplicity, you will complete this by yourself when you arrive. To do so:
Access it on the day of your arrival directly from your tenant portal – Tab "Overview" -> "Complete my inventory"
Click and fill out the form
Validate and sign
This will take about 40 minutes.
Completing the inventory is mandatory – see our dedicated article. Without your validation within 48 hours of moving in, it will be assumed that you received the room in very good condition and any damages may be charged to you – please take the time to complete it carefully.
We kindly ask you to arrive between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. on business days for everyone’s comfort.
🔑 Where are your keys?
In larger residences, the locks are digital and require a badge (either a card or a key fob).
You can only collect your badge by scheduling an appointment with the Residence Manager.
If you arrive at the weekend or outside office hours, we will send you digital access details 24–48 hours before your arrival.
In some residences, you will also receive an email from Salto allowing you to set up a digital key directly on your smartphone. The link expires within 3 days—don’t forget! It’s very practical if you ever lose your physical badge.
💳 Payment
The first rent is due on the day of your arrival. Don’t worry if you haven’t yet received your first month’s invoice—it will be issued on the start date of your lease.
Your first month’s rent will be prorated if your lease does not start on the first day of the month, regardless of your actual arrival date.
Please note that if you booked through Housing Anywhere, you paid your security deposit online, not your first month's rent.
You will find your unique bank account details (RIB/IBAN) in your tenant portal. It is specific to each tenant—do not share it and do not attempt to use someone else’s.
We recommend setting up automatic payments. If you do, remember to fund your account each month.
In case of non-payment, you will receive payment reminders after a few days to settle the situation.
Check the "Payment" section for more information.
☔ Insurance
You must take out home insurance for your future accommodation and submit the certificate before moving in, otherwise you may be refused the entry into the premises.
Check the "Insurance" section for more information.
