Yes, you can receive guests in your Colonies home, as long as you respect a few basic rules of community living and avoid disturbing your housemates.
βοΈ Occasionally hosting friends or family is allowed!
You're free to invite friends or family for an evening or a short stay. However, it's important to:
-
Inform your housemates in advance
-
Respect shared spaces and house rules
-
Be present during the visit (guests cannot stay alone in the apartment as you are responsible for them)
-
Make sure your guests respect the space and keep noise to a minimum
π What about longer stays?
We recommend not exceeding 3 consecutive nights, to ensure the shared living space remains primarily for those who actually live there.
π Respect others' peace and quiet
Loud parties, late-night visits or disrespectful behavior can harm the group dynamic and lead to complaints. Please ensure your guests treat the home as if it were their own. If not, you will be held responsible.
π« What is not allowed
-
Subletting your room (Airbnb or otherwise)
-
Regular or long-term stays without authorization β this would be considered an unauthorized occupation
-
Leaving a guest alone in the apartment while youβre away
