When you live in a coliving space, home insurance is automatically included in your contract.
This insurance covers:

✅ Shared areas (living room, kitchen, etc.)
❌ Does not cover your personal belongings (clothes, laptop, jewelry, etc.)
❌ Does not cover your personal liability

In colocation housing, you are required to take out your own home insurance. It is not included in the contract.
