Yes, the deposit is refunded after your departure, under certain conditions.
📋 How does it work?
When you leave the property, an inventory of fixtures is always carried out to check its condition.
If there is no damage or unpaid rent, the deposit is refunded in full.
⏳ Refund period
Refunds are made within one month if no deterioration is noted. This period is extended to two months otherwise. This allows us to process your inventory of fixtures, close your accounts and validate any charges to be withheld.

Deductions may be applied in the event of :
- Damage
- Housework not done
- Personal items not cleared
- Unpaid bills or rent
- Keys not returned...
In all cases, you will receive a detailed statement of account with the amounts withheld, if applicable.
