When you made your booking, you selected the private space that best suited your preferences. Accordingly, your lease specifies the exact room assigned to you. This assignment is contractually binding, and you cannot change it freely without prior approval. Doing so would constitute an illegitimate occupation of the premises.

Please contact us via your tenant space.
Make sure to include the following information:
The reason for the change
Your preferences (new city, neighborhood, budget, type of housing...) or the desired residence
The preferred moving date

In the event of a change, you will need to complete all the required steps to return your current room (key return, inventory check...) and to access your new one. Otherwise, we wonât be able to ensure a smooth transition.
You must respect notice periods whenever possible.
You will be asked to pay a new security deposit as you will be signing a new lease (see paragraph 1). However, we commit to refunding your previous deposit as quickly as possible.
Please note that the rent for your new room may differ from your current rent, and promotional offers may not apply â the price difference will take effect on the start date of your new lease.
Your account must be up to date with all payments.
