Even if you're at home, common spaces are shared. An extended stay, no matter how well-intentioned, can impact on the daily lives of others (noise, less available bathroom, feeling of promiscuity...).

Lodging someone on a regular or permanent basis without authorization from Colonies.
Subletting your room to a third party (Airbnb or other platform).
