Respecting community life
Shared accommodation is based on the sharing of a living space. For the sake of balance, safety and comfort, we do our utmost to limit potential sources of conflict or discomfort, such as allergies or noise pollution.
Home design
The majority of our homes are not designed to accommodate pets (spaces, non-adapted furniture, lack of specific facilities).
Insurance and liability
The presence of pets can also pose problems in terms of liability, rental guarantees and insurance coverage, especially in shared furnished accommodation.
