Contact us as soon as possible via the tenant portal or the emergency number.

The nature of the incident
The date and time
A brief but clear description of the situation
Any photos or videos as attachments

If you are in a shared flat, you must also inform your personal insurance provider as soon as possible — legal deadlines for coverage can be very short. Your insurer will assist you with the next steps, and Colonies can act as an intermediary with its own insurer if needed.
If insurance is included in your contract, our team will liaise with the insurer and keep you informed of the next steps.
