If you are asked for a certificate of home insurance, you can send it as follows:

Log in to your tenant space.

Import your insurance certificate in PDF format by clicking on the task on the right of the screen.

If you are unable to file it in your tenant space, you can send it by submitting a request from your tenant space: “Help Center” -&gt; “Submit a request”.
