Annexes may vary depending on the country, type of accommodation, and legal requirements. Some are mandatory, others not. Generally, they include:
The house rules, which outline our living guidelines and practical information
An Energy Performance Certificate (EPC)
The asbestos / lead / gas / electricity report (depending on the year of construction)
The natural and technological risks report (ERNMT)

All annexes are available in the same place as your lease:

Select the relevant contract: the annexes are attached for download
