Log in to your tenant space
On the home page, click on āEnd my stayā
Fill in the departure form with your desired lease end date
Validate the request: you will receive confirmation by e-mail

You can only select an end-of-lease date if it complies with the notice period stipulated in your contract.
Fill in all fields and confirm. Otherwise, your request will not be taken into account.
You won't be able to change your end-of-lease date after validation.
However, you can change your effective departure date up to 15 days before the lease end date.
