Pool water level drops abnormally

🔍 Problem identification

  • Measure the drop:

    • Mark initial level

    • Measure over 24h

    • Note weather conditions

    • Observe regularity of drop

  • Possible causes:

    • Natural evaporation

    • Splashing/swimming

    • Recent backwash

    • Potential leak

⚡ What to do?

  • Bucket test:

    1. Fill a bucket with water

    2. Place it on the first step

    3. Mark levels (bucket and pool)

    4. Compare after 24h:

    • If drop identical = evaporation

    • If drop different = likely leak

  • Visual checks:

    • Technical room (moisture, puddles)

    • Visible piping

    • Visible cracks

    • Wet areas around pool

  • Do not:

    • Do not seal yourself

    • Do not empty the pool

    • Do not modify the installation

📱 How to report the problem?
