In Coliving:
Request not possible, we do not provide additional key sets beyond those received upon arrival - except for double rooms
In Flatsharing:
Request must be made through your tenant portal by contacting us and give some details (type of key wanted, reason for request and number of copies)
Do not:
Do not make copies without authorization
Do not use an unauthorized locksmith
Do not lend your keys to third parties, you would be held responsible in case of problems
Never change a lock without authorization
