    • Use emergency number in Coliving if this happens in the evening or weekend and you need urgent access to your accommodation

  • Do not:

    • Do not force entry

    • Do not damage access points

    • Do not change the lock without prior written authorization

    • Do not take risks with your safety

    • Category: "Technical Assistance - Locks"

    • Specify:

      • Type of access forgotten

      • Urgency of situation

  • Highly dependent on your location, type of accommodation and time of your call

    • Quick solution possible in residences equipped with connected locks

    • Possibility to collect spare keys at head office if possible and available

    • Use temporary emergency key

💰 Who covers the costs?

  • Tenant's responsibility:

    • Emergency intervention

    • Unjustified emergency call - 50€

    • Travel expenses

    • Temporary solutions
