      • Contact maintenance provider under your maintenance contract

      • Report to Colonies to communicate issue to with co-ownership management

      • Check with neighbors

      • Wait for co-ownership management intervention

  • If electric heating:

    • Turn circuit breaker off then on

      • Check programming

      • Check online manual (brand/reference)

      • Consult dedicated article

  • Do not:

    • Do not handle boiler without expertise

    • Do not modify electrical installation
