How do I connect to Wifi?

🔍 Where to find information?

  • In your tenant space:

    • "Practical Information" section, you will find connection information

  • On the internet box:

    • Label under the box

    • Network name (SSID)

    • WiFi password

⚡ Connection procedure

  • On smartphone/tablet:

    1. Open WiFi settings

    2. Select "Colonies" network or the network name shown on the box label

    3. Enter the provided password or the one shown on the box label

    4. Confirm connection

  • On computer:

    1. Click on WiFi icon

    2. Select "Colonies" network or the network name shown on the box label

    3. Enter the provided password or the one shown on the box label

    4. Connect

❓ In case of problem

  • Basic checks:

    • WiFi enabled on your device

    • Correct network selected

    • Correct password

    • Box turned on and functional

  • Simple solutions:

    • Restart your device

    • Try connecting again

    • Check distance from box

    • Forget then reconnect to network
