    • Hot and/or cold water

    • Floor(s) affected

  • Points to check:

    • On the tap:

      • Clogged aerator/filter

      • Bent or leaking hose

      • Tap condition

    • In the accommodation:

      • Shutoff valve position

      • Other water points

      • Affected neighbors

⚡ What to do?

  • Simple checks:

    • Clean the aerator:

      • Unscrew tap end

      • Remove aerator, tap end or shower hose end

      • Clean with white vinegar

      • Rinse and reassemble

    • Check shutoff valves:

      • Under sink/washbasin

      • Behind toilets

      • Ensure they are fully open

  • If general problem:

    • Contact neighbors

    • Check building notice board

  • Do not:

    • Do not force taps

    • Do not dismantle pipes

    • Do not modify installations
