Carry out my autonomous exit inventory of fixtures

🔍 Why is it important?

The check-out inventory is a mandatory legal document that:

  • Compares current condition with check-in condition

  • Determines any damage

  • Impacts the return of your security deposit

  • Formalizes the end of your lease - For example, it should justify the cancellation of your home insurance or guarantee.

Without your validation before departure, your security deposit cannot be processed and fees may be charged.

In the following days, we will compare your check-out inventory with your check-in inventory but also with the next tenant's check-in inventory.

📱 How to access it?

  1. Log in to your tenant space

  2. On the "Overview" homepage

  3. Click on the task "Complete my inventory"

  4. Complete it the day before or on the day of your departure
