How do I get my keys back from Keynest?

🔍 What is Keynest?

Keynest is our key management partner. It's a network of secure collection points that allows:

  • Flexible key collection for flexible arrival

  • A secure process for tenants

  • Real-time tracking of collections and deposits

đŸ“± Before going there

  • Check your emails:

    • An email with all the information will be sent to you when you make your reservation or around 4 days before your arrival.

    • Email with Keynest link providing:

      • Collection point address

      • One-time collection code

      • Opening hours

  • Important points:

    • Check opening hours

    • Bring an ID document

    • Make sure your keys are available via the link - If a few days before, the keys are not available, contact us.

🔑 Key collection

  • At the collection point:

    1. Go to the collection point

    2. Give your withdrawal code to the merchant or follow the instructions on the Keynest green lockers - here's a video to help you.

🆘 In case of problem

  • If there's a problem:

    • Keys not available

      • Collection point closed despite posted opening hours

      • Invalid code

      • Missing keys
