📱 Before going there
Check your emails:
An email with all the information will be sent to you when you make your reservation or around 7 days before your arrival.
Email with Keynest link providing:
Collection point address
One-time collection code
Opening hours
Important points:
Check opening hours
Bring an ID document
Make sure your keys are available via the link - If a few days before, the keys are not available, contact us.
🔑 Key collection
At the collection point:
Go to the collection point
Give your withdrawal code to the merchant or follow the instructions on the Keynest green lockers - here's a video to help you.
🆘 In case of problem
If there's a problem:
Keys not available
Collection point closed despite posted opening hours
Invalid code
Missing keys
